Cutting-floor staff are trained on placement accuracy and material yield before they’re assigned to run production orders independently. Our 15+ CNC cutting machines require operators who understand pattern nesting and blade-path calibration, so new hires shadow experienced CNC technicians until they can hold tolerance consistently.
In Printing, staff train on both our sublimation machines and heat-transfer printers, since export-facing OEM orders often specify exact Pantone matching and placement that private-label clients approve before full production runs. Stitching-floor employees rotate through seam types used across our racing, motocross, winter, vintage, and custom biker glove lines, building the versatility needed to switch product categories without slowing throughput.
Our Quality Assurance department trains inspectors to check gloves at multiple stages — material intake, mid-assembly, and final inspection — before any shipment leaves the facility bound for a client anywhere in the world.
This department-based training model is also how we scale for new OEM and private-label clients.
