Shield Moto, the motorcycle glove manufacturing division of SOLEHRE BROTHERS INDUSTRIES (est. 1976, Sialkot, Pakistan), reduces material waste and energy use across its 15 production halls while producing 6+ million glove pairs annually. We ship OEM, private-label, and wholesale orders to customers across the USA and worldwide, and our sustainability practices apply to every order regardless of destination.
Wholesale buyers increasingly ask suppliers to prove — not just claim — environmental responsibility. As a motorcycle glove manufacturer based in Sialkot’s Mahabat Khan Industrial Estate, we build sustainability into daily production decisions, not a separate initiative.
Our cutting department uses 50+ cutting presses and 15+ CNC machines to maximize material yield per hide and fabric roll, reducing offcut waste compared to manual cutting methods. Leather and synthetic scraps generated during cutting are sorted for reuse in smaller components (padding, trim) before disposal, cutting down on landfill contribution per production run.
Across our 600+ stitching machines — including automatic palm-stitching units — standardized workflows reduce rework and re-cutting, which lowers the material and energy cost of producing each pair. Our sublimation and heat-transfer printing lines are used for design application, which avoids the water-intensive dyeing processes associated with some alternative printing methods.
Sustainability at Shield Moto isn’t only material-based. We maintain ethical labor practices throughout our Sialkot facility, treating fair working conditions as inseparable from responsible manufacturing.
Whether an order ships to the United States, Europe, or any other international market, it comes from the same Sialkot facility under the same material and waste-reduction practices — we do not run a separate “export-only” process.
